Sherry Vinegar is the first wine vinegar in Spain with Appelation of Origin and this peculiarity requires an effort to achieve a packaging that keeps intact all its qualities. In this sense, we have the certification of Official Bottlers of the Protected Appelation of Origin of Sherry Vinegar.
Its identity is the result of its own history and particular origin, so it needs the most demanding packaging process.
In Envasados Productos Salud we want to do our best with the production chain that begins the sherry vinegar winemakers, ending with the packaging of the vinegar that contributes to preserve the innate properties of the varieties of grape Palomino, Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel, grown in Jerez, assigned to the Appelation of Origin “Jerez-Xerès-Sherry and Manzanilla Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
